What is Permaculture?

Permaculture is a conscious productive design system which has the diversity, stability, and resiliency of natural ecosystems. Permaculture aims to provide one's food, energy, shelter and other material and non-material needs in an ecological way.

Learning through observation

Our greatest teacher is nature, once we can learn to sit and patiently learn from our environment we can then begin to understand how to best interact with it.

Diversity creates resiliency

Building diverse systems, whether food, fiber or energy gives us the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
