Seward Park Redesign

Over 1,100sf of roof stormwater is captured by the 265 gallon cistern, or routed via the overhead arbor and rainchain to the raingarden to infiltrate into the ground. Our task was to foremost manage the stormwater issues given all water drained to the ground towards the house, and secondly to provide an aesthetically pleasing front yard, with edibles and pollinators in abundance. We delivered with three raised juniper beds (naturally weather and rot resistant) and one roman stack raised bed, and several guilds of canefruits and fruit trees (fig and pommegranite!). This was a pleasurable install and will bring much happiness to both the homeowner and neighbors for many years.
