THE RENTON VIEW

“In every window a beautiful scene with a near and far tree, and flowers throughout”

Client wants to create a view from the inside and the feeling of freedom on the outside by captivating visual interest with complimentary layering and year round bloom. The existing grass replaced with ubiquitous plantings, meandering paths, raised beds, and pollinator gardens. Meandering paths and peek-a-boo views central to unifying disparate elements such as ying-yang and playtoy. Visual depth and complexity within each window leverages planting size, near and far perspectives through colors, and the use of focalization points. Privacy sitelines enhanced with multiple mediums (trellis, fence, espalier, and plant layering) to unify the landscape. Key budget levers include: material selection, client underplantings, and installation simplicity.
